Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover the bowl and leave the dough to proof for one hour.
- Moisten your hands in a bowl of water and shape a fistful of dough into a round and place in the middle of a preheated pan.
- Flatten the dough, making indentations with your fingers.
- Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Flip and cook uncovered for another minute.

- 200 g wholemeal flour
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 sachet of dried yeast
- 450 ml water
